Our Story

WolfFather was born in January 2024 from my love of the jewellery trade and the country I was born, raised and live in - Wales.

My grandfather was a pioneer in the Welsh gold rush of the 1970's and manufactured pieces of jewellery with 100% Welsh gold (not the watered down "contains" versions of Welsh Gold you see produced today). I spent my childhood with him, learning the trade and working a jewellers bench since the age of eleven. 

He is my hero and a constant inspiration for what I do in life but the gold veins in Wales are depleted or not safe/ financially viable to mine. With this in mind I decided to do the next best thing, and set up a company that makes jewellery in Wales. 

Our design team consists of local artists who help put my ideas onto paper and create some beautiful pieces that truly capture the essence of this amazing country, its myths and its history.

We draw heavily on the Mabinogion for inspiration, and will be looking to our customers and stockists for their opinion on what myths and magic they would like to see incorporated in our jewellery.
